He accidentally damaged 2 pot plants during the cleaning and sealing process. Which is ok as they were left by the previous owner. He cleaned up all the mess and left them on the driveway (I told him to leave there) it did cost me some time to wrapping up fragments and put in bags and leave in the bin. Apart from that, he did a good job and we had good communication during the work, so we are all good.

Jin Ban was extremely methodical. He applied three different test samples to the floor to see which treatment would work best. When sorted on a method, he was highly attentive to detail. The results are amazing, especially considering the condition at the start of the job. He was very polite and managed the workspace well, leaving no mess. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Jin Ban helped us to do an acid cleaning of the front boundary brick wall of our house, which had an efflorescence problem from limestone pier caps that hadn't been sealed properly. Arrived at the appointed time. Did a great job cleaning the bricks. Answered my questions. Very happy with the job. Would hire again.

The tiles looked great till I washed then and the shine went from the tiles . We call Ben and first call he told my husband that they didn’t do the job , the next call Ben hang up the phone as soon as he new it was me we called back and guess what the phone was turned off. Felt a bit pricey when quoted but can't argue with how much better the tiles look for the clean and seal. Jin Ban did well navigating around planters, timber and courtyard walls. The before and after photos would look good in any brochure!

Jin Ban was professional, worked efficiently and did a good job. The only comment regarding the work was that a couple of stains were left that would have required stronger chemical treatment. These were not in obvious areas, so it is not a big deal. Though I am wondering if next time they could be spot treated to be removed, rather than requiring the whole cleaning to be done with stronger chemicals. The work was quoted as three hours but Jin completed it in about two.

I paid $880 for 55 minutes work to get a result I can get on my own. Thought I would get a much better result. Worst value for money job, I have ever had. I would never recommend the company. However, Jin was polite. Overall, extremely disappointed with the result considering the price.

Jin was on time and took great care and attention to detail, our slate is very old and we hadnt sealed it for over 15yrs Jin explained to us if slate isnt sealed regularly damage is done overtime even though Jin would of preferred a better finish for us we loved the final outcome of the sealing. Would highly recommend Jin for a caring professional work!

The technician left shoe prints and marks in the sealing on all slate floors and also marked the wooden floor leading to the kitchen by wiping the floor with the rag he used for sealing the slate in the kitchen. I’ve tried to remove the marks to no avail.
I realise he did not do this deliberately however am disappointed in the finishing of the sealing. All of the flaws only started to show through more than 24-48 hours after the job was completed and only noticed when the rooms were in a certain light.
I arranged for an inspection of the work for 9am Tuesday 30th December however no one turned up and I did not receive any phone call or text message to advise why not.

Jin was very helpful, worked hard to clean old sealer off the tiles and reseal them. But the basic problem, effloresence coming through the tiles, has got worse. He recommended a low viscosity penetrating sealer. It is not sealing anything. In my opinion I need a surface sealer to prevent evaporation from the surface that brings the dissolved salts up. Do you have anyone with experience with this problem on terra cotta tiles?

Before Jin another technician was sent who tried to increase the price. This was stressful but in the end Tile cleaners honoured the original quote and Jin the new technician did an excellent job and was very pleasant.

Jin did an amazing job! The tiles are sparkling and look brand new. He was very friendly and made sure to get every corner of each tile. I called a few places before hand but no one was as polite and open about the safety precautions with covid. You guys were the only company that let me know Jin is vaccinated and wears a mask. With a young family I appreciate this. Contact was GREAT leading up to the clean and had emails coming through reminding me. Will definitely recommend you guys to family

The booking system, customer service and communication is outstanding, both from head office and technician.
Our floor took a long time - 24hrs to dry, which we were not expecting so would advice to be prepared for that, weatehr dependant. (we had rain)

Jin was exceptional - he cleaned our tiling on the patio and round the pool till it looked like new. He discussed the best type of sealant for our travertine pavers and made sure he really covered the whole area, even into the corners. We’ll be recommending him to everyone.
