Didn't scrub out some of the more stubborn stains. For the price I'd expect this. I can get these stains out with a scrubbing brush. I'm not sure if I can scrub them out now the sealant is over top. Also he sealed them late in the afternoon and it didn't dry overnight, so had to keep the dog inside the next day also. Would be better seal in the morning to allow to dry during daylight. My balcony tiles were stained and were dirty. I had them washed and sealed. Now they look brand new! I will happily eat food off them they are that clean :)

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. We had our entire lower floor of newly laid travertine cleaned and then sealed and the result was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend these guys to all. Top quality work and no fuss. Thank you for a great job

Not happy at all with this service. Left water marks throughout the house, scuff marks were not removed (one wipe with my finger and their gone), damaged the render to house moving his equipment, wanted to use our wifi to take payment. Over $600 to clean 80m² in an empty house with tiles that are only 6yrs old. I'd be more than happy to change my review to a positive if the above items are rectified in a more professional way.

The technician kept me informed of his arrival time and was polite and knowledgeable about the product. The work was completed on time and left in a clean and tidy manner.

DP was a very knowledgeable technician and kept me up to date on what he was doing. Unfortunately, we did not get our tiles sealed when we first bought them, which is something I would recommend anyone get as soon as possible.

Missed a section, from lounge to living.
Then left a mess on leaving. My front clean porch now covered in slush. Hose left on and not put away.
While nice enough and the job is ok, so are others who do this work.

Very much better than we were expecting as the tile floors were in such bad condition.

Once here, he was very communicative and courteous, and completed the job effectively and efficiently.

We are happy with the job as advised yesterday but, when we were able to walk into the bathroom at about 4pm, we discovered a broken tile. We have a spare but a replacement would definitely show up as the other tiles are faded although it is nice to have them really clean. I don't think anything can be done about it but wanted to express my disappointment that we were not told about the damage as I thought we had established a good rapport with the technicians who were courteous and professional. What an amazing result, far exceeded my expectations! The tiles look great and the grout (Alabaster white) was pristine.

Technician was excellent, communicated every step and worked hard. Original quote included repairing holes however this was not done. No fault of technician.

Everything went smoothly, the tiles look good, time will tell on the longevity of the coating.

Tiles not dried when cleaning was finished.
Next day when the tiles were dry they were smudgy not shiny.

Very unprofessional customer service. The product did not work the first time it was used on our tiles. I sent an email concerned that it had started flaking off and the company straight away got their back up saying that the tiles were already damaged (this was a brand new house). Upon coming back to inspect the badly done job they realised that their product was in fact the issue. We obviously didn’t want to rush into paying them to make sure that after 48 hours from the second application it was going to work. In the mean time we were sent a very unprofessional email stating that we were refusing to pay...not once did we say we refused to pay. We do not recommend this company.

Maddy was early to our job, we received notification he was on his way, he was very personable. He explained how the process worked and how long it would take. He showed us results halfway through the job...wow...what a difference. On completion he asked us to inspect, we did and consequently very happy with the result. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely useless. When he came back to repair some of the damage caused by him the next day he has made areas even worse. If this is not rectified I will be left with NO option but to take legal action

Communication was maybe a bit over the top. I kept receiving emails advising my appointment and pointing to the payment of a deposit even though I had already paid and advise same.
Otherwise customer service was great. The technician did a great job and left us with a far better understanding of the job.

Hi was able to see the work completed on Friday when I returned to the unit and can honestly say I was very disappointed. The grout lines are now worse than before and stains still remain on tiles. Considering you are commercial cleaners was definitely looking for a much better result than what has been done

Wanted tiles to be cleaned and sealed. I knew that stain would be hard to remove, but couldn't remove bat poo or clay stains from the tiles. Then proceeded to seal the stains into the tiles before telling me to use some hydrochloric acid to try to remove the rust stains. Want until I took a good look after the tiles dried that I realized how poor the work actually was.

David worked very hard and very professionally to get our vinyl floor looking like new. I am so very pleased with the result. All the embarrassing grime build up of the last few years has disappeared and the floor sparkles again. For 30 year old vinyl, that is an amazing result. Thankyou so much. Highly recommended.

Dc was upfront and honest about the grouting however when he came back days later it seemed the grout on the cement wasn’t able to be taken off which is sort of why I hired someone to help with it. It did come up good just not great as I had hoped from a machine that they described. Find for $560 worth which wasn’t hard work as the machine did all the work and they sat and waited for the drying etc and were in the shade the whole time, was a very easy job so by spending sometime to help get rid of some grout on the pavers to me should have been apart of the $$$. However can’t fault them as people and he was honest about the actual grouting and how it could disappear.

Most of the tiles scrubbed up well except this one section. A blind fell down and it was left outside on the balcony. I had to put it back. A bucket was taken out from under the bathroom sink and left out. When I went to Put the bucket away there was water under the sink. I had to mop it up.

Hi. I had some new tiles laid which were impossible to keep clean. Felt kinda gritty and much harder to keep clean than the 30 year old tiles we were trying to match as part of a reno.
Technician cleaned the tiles no problems (missed some in a doorway though) and applied the sealer to the newly tiled areas. As he was wrapping up he told me I would need to mop the new tiles every day. Who does thatjQuery21108879198511559042_1664867239718 I have been doing it so far but they are still problematic to keep clean. Can you tell me of any sealers which may work better that I can apply myself? can’t afford to have you return to the house to apply as this is all I budgeted cost on the back end of a long drawn out renovation.

Technician was punctual.
Disgruntled technician when finding out tiles were located in undercover area. Stated tiles were inside, I replied no because I have wooden floors.
Technical failed to be equipped with correct equipment in order to complete task. Verbally stated no this won't work. Additional hoses were required which is not a problem to assist but when you are spoken to like a child. This service I will not be using or recommending in future.
Technician also stated I had applied a sealant to tiles.
When replied no, he argued I had.
I stated property was tenanted, he then replied will you need to talk to your tenants!
I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me.
Technician approach was arrogant. Example sliding door was slightly open about 20cm. Technician sprayed tiled area where splashes were reached brand new sheer curtains without consideration.
I had just paid $6500 to have installed, I quickly closed door but felt common sense to being professional would have been obvious.
Unfortunately unable to provide positive feedback.
