Your Technician arrived on time, explained the job and at every stage kept us informed as to what he was doing or about to do. The job was completed in a reasonable time and now the tiles look like new! He clearly knew his job, was friendly and I feel the best thing I can say is that we would be happy to have him back in our house!

Excellent experience. Moorthy left behind a dustpan and brush - we could leave out by arrangement if he wishes to collec.
Noting there is a very tricky re-laid tile in the job. If it holds, Moorthy will have succeeded where others have failed. I will report again if we have any problems.

He was a very nice man and my drive looks lovely and clean BUT the seal is very thin and not visible. So no I am not satisfied with the job and the amount of money I have paid in good faith before it was finished. I am a very disappointed customer. Marion Tummons

Moorthy was fine to deal with he did a good job!
However the other “TECH” Don.S would be the worst tradie I have ever not meet, he left me sitting in my car for two and a half on a warm day, feed to me through the office that he was on his way so I sat there from 10.15 to 12.30 before I was informed he was not coming, and also he had my mobile number on his work sheet and not one word from him, not someone who would be on my team.

I found the number of texts and emails and phone calls in the lead up to the booking overhwhelming and repetitive. On the day of the job, th technician arrived 25 minutes late and there was no call to advise. I had not received the requested photos showing the "wet look" finish vs the natural finish in the weeks leading up to the booking. The technician talked to me and did not feel the wet look would work well and I was disappointed to not have received this information when I called to make the booking.
I did not receive an updated formal quote or invoice based on accurate sizing or the change in finish, and note my credit card has been debited tonight (without my permission).

Money well spent. I can’t believe how clean the tiles and grouting have come up. They look brand new which is quite an achievement for a 30 year-old floor. Very happy.

When the grout removal was completed he showed me the job before proceeding with the next step. We are most pleased with the job - our showers have been returned to new like condition. The ordering process was easy and straight forward. I spoke with the Stone Master people a couple of times to confirm the work to be done and received satisfactory answers to my questions; some earlier additional verbal clarification would have been good.

To safeguard your details do not use them until they change their business ethics

Our technician was excellent once the job commenced and throughout the process.
However our experience with the initial misunderstanding and communication while booking our order, customer services behaviour when this was raised, and ultimate value for money vs our expectation was a disaster!
The initial consultant who took down our details misunderstood our requirement and quoted us for only 1 shower area when all along I had been referring to 3 shower areas throughout my discussion with him. I had also filled out their online form with the total area of the 3 showers which should have given them ample information.
Thereafter on the day of the job when we realised the confusion and raised it with the customer service team, instead of graciously accepting that the error could have occurred at their end (they don’t have call recording to verify which is not the customers fault) the agent kept on harping that we should have read the documentation provided and was rude enough to say they would rather not do the service than take feedback, to avoid another customer facing such an issue in the future, just because they have been in this business for 10 years. Found this attitude very unbecoming.
It is unfortunate as human error could occur from either end and it is all about the way it is acknowledged and dealt with. Common guys, tenure of being in business doesn’t mean you know it all. Especially you need to be empathetic to the customer who is unaware of the technical details as much as you do, so if it requires additional care from your end to check/educate them to ensure good service then it needs to be done.
Hopefully you also learn better customer service when such situations come up.

1. the number of automated emails and text messages during booking and subsequent is excessive and extraordinarily annoying.
And in some instances incorrect. ie: a text in the evening to say staff member coming that morning.
2. Work not completed when requested and took longer than programmed that then delayed completion due to other commitments of the company at other jobs.
3. We appreciate and apologise for the error and delay in paying the account but the subsequent hassle was not needed or appreciated.

The overall job was good and trade was polite. However the job I thought id booked for after speaking to booking people months ago wasn’t what I needed. It’s unfortunate because you don’t speak to a trade in the lead up so what you need isn’t properly discussed so I just got a clean pretty much of my tiles for a rip off 800 dollars !

The tile repair is concave and should be flush and the grout repair proud of the grout lines. Very poor. Technician arrived very late and had little knowledge of the job requirement. Futher and something that is unheard of. You have used my card details of file to settle the account without my permission.
