Unfortunately, my experience with Stone Master was not the best. Booked 19th January 2023 told 20th March 2023 next appointment. After receiving email on the Friday afternoon before 20th March, furniture moved by furniture removalists into fernery as I cannot move heavy furniture myself. Saturday 11.16am txt message to say appointment cancelled and next available would be 27th March and to ring back. After numerous calls on my lunch break to no avail, rang Monday 20th to find out why appointment cancelled (none given). Cancelled furniture removalists for the Wednesday. 27th March received call at 8.36 to say that no-one will be coming. Had to cancel furniture removalists again. Extremely upset, as furniture still out in the weather and rain falling. Supervisor rang to say earliest would be Wednesday 29th March. Rang 29th March at 9.30 to see when people would be coming to do the cleaning and sealing of slate, told 11am. 11am people turn up, had a look at the areas needed doing, then informed that they would clean the slate today and come back tomorrow to seal!!!!! I informed them that the furniture is due back in tomorrow and I have been mucked around terribly as it is and it needed doing today! Rang supervisor to inform him and he rang the people and they informed me that they would do today. At 8PM we went back into our house. Am I pleased with the service, even though I was given a small discount NO, would I use Stone Masters again MOST DEFINITELY NOT.
