Daniel turned up an hour late (after 10am) and worked for 2.5 hours before breaking for lunch. When he returned he said the job was complete. My wife stated that his work had made little difference to our terrazzo floor. He agreed and said he would call the office to arrange a discount. My wife offered to call or get me to and he said not to worry he would take care of it. During this exchange he told my wife that 'she wasn't listening' when she asked him not to talk to her that way he left the premises never to return. It wasn't long after that we had a call from Reegan. He was under the impression we had flatly refused to pay our bill. When we pointed out this wasn't the case he accused us of lying because that's what Daniel had told him. I pointed out that the contract I had signed when paying the deposit included a clause stating 'your stone would be returned to original condition'. I made him read it out to me and when he finally did he said well that's a bit of a 'gotcha moment'. I told him despite the fact our terrazzo had not returned to original condition we were happy to cover the basic costs of the work done like wages and materials but we were not going to pay the full amount. Then his threats and ugly, bullying behaviour went into overdrive. I told him to come and see for himself and he said why bother - you have made up your mid not to pay. I reiterated that we had never said that and he repeated his claim that my wife must be lying, when I told him, 'don't call my wife a liar pal' he told me to stop demeaning him by calling him 'pal'. Reegans insults, threats and bullying continued until I said I had nothing more to say other than that we weren't going to pay the full amount - he said oh yes you are - this doesn't end here - it's only the beginning. I ended the call and called my wife. She was disgusted by what she heard so she rang Reegan herself. His attitude was exactly the same as dirrung his conversation with me, as were his threats and accusations. My wife has endured a terrible weekend, often in tears due to Daniel's and Reegan's disgracefully unacceptable behaviour.

The service from start to finish was excellent. The technicians who did the job were very capable and knowledgeable, and offered suggestions regarding other things that needed attention. My 14yo marble bathroom tiles are now looking like new, and I'd forgotten how beautiful my limestone outdoor entry stairs could look. After sales service was friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommended!

Daniel has come out twice now however the boot marks that you can see on the tiles are still visable. I let him know on the day the last time he was out that we will need to try again. I think the kitchen in particular will need to be redone from the beginning to get rid of the boot marks.

I was completely impressed by Daniel and his work mate, another Daniel. They provided a concise briefing of what they were going to do and the standard they could achieve given the age and soiling of the sandstone paving stones. They got on with the job and did an excellent job to my satisfaction.

Our sandstone tiled deck looked dreadful. It was badly spotted with mould and anything we tried to clean it did not work. Daniel made it look like new again and we are delighted! Thank you

Look. Where do I start.
Dan is a nice enough guy. The experience was appalling. We were charged 3x market rate, they didn’t turn up first time round as Dan had rugby but “tile and grout pro” told us we had to be home or pay $165 cancellation fee. They forgot to tell us that Dan had rugby and instead made up an excuse about not having the right equipment for the job.
Finally, when he did turn up, he was 3 hours late, didn’t complete the job and told us it would be a compromise and we should just ask for a discount as he had to get home and didn’t have time to complete the task.
We have instead employed a local provider who is much more professional and proud of his work, and charges $25 per m2 instead of $80/m2.
Sadly they were not careful and in fact damaged our carpet, skirting boards, cupboards and doors requiring expensive repairs and replacements. On the plus side, they did give us a discount to enable us to get in a professional to finish the job.
