Communication with the tradespeople did not inspire confidence on their arrival, as my partner found it difficult to communicate effectively with them to explain matters that may have affected their work

Hello this has been a very difficult process, the workmanship was very poor and needed to return and still not resolved. work was completed on less ten 45mins and when the tech returned they came with a bucket a sponge then told me to mop the floor. I asked management to inspect but was denied. I was asking for help but was not have my phone messages replied nor my text or emails and I needed to make the repairs my self so I could return my furniture in the house. Since I have been speaking with Rob? and providing all information as requested and now has stopped communication with myself. I am now taking this matter to Fair Trading to resolve this matter. very disappointed

I don’t think the tiles are supposed to look like this after most of a day drying. And I don’t think they sealed the walls like they were supposed to.

The tiles in the bathroom were completed very satisfactorily - there are no issues there. The technician was very pleasant and courteous - although difficult to understand and for him to understand us.
Wooden floor - not entirely satisfied. I certainly didn't expect it to be perfect. However, there were a few drops of paint around the floor that I would have thought should have come off easily with what was being done. I also assumed that there was some kind of coating that was applied to the floor to protect it - but we were able to scratch off the paint drops ourselves. So not entirely sure the whole process was completed? I will be contacting someone about this.

5 stars for Ranjit! We have so many leaves that make a mess of our patio areas but Ranjit powered away the dirt and left out slate tiles looking immaculate. We’ll be back!

Ours was a two step process and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I forgot what colour my tiles actually were. They look brand new. Would definitely get the tiles done again.

I have kept off the floor for 24 hours. Staying at. Friends place.
There are 2 small spots about the size of a tile that seemed to have missed the 2nd coat
I am wondering if I could be supplied with a small amount . I can touch up myself.

This whole experience, involving cleaning and re-sealing of a large slate floor, was brilliant from start to finish. The company responded to my initial online enquiry within hours and by the end of the day I had a quote and a booking organised. The level of communication was second to none and the work was completed well within the stated timeframe. Would recommend their services to anyone needing a stone floor resurfaced and would definitely use them again.

The guys that’s came to my house were amazing very good at what they do and professional. My tiles look amazing so thankyou.
However the actual company itself Tile and Grout Pro not so professional they gave these poor guys the wrong address and when I rung the office I spoke to some half wit twat that had zero people skills. So you might what to look into that, also when the women rung me from the office it sound like she was in a pub it was so noisy I could barely hear her.

My carpet had dirty water spilt on it from the machine .Whilst the technician did try to clean the section in daylight it is stained.Also I am very very unhappy with the job done.
