Chris did a really good job cleaning my tile floors and particularly in the kitchen. After 20 years without a deep clean I didn't expect to see the grout come up looking new again. It's amazing how the stains came out.
And with the shower regrouted properly we won't have any more leaks and mould there either. Thanks Chris

Spent 10 hours on Sunday to clean our tiles and job was not up to scratch. Left marks on the tiles that won’t come out, suppose to have truck mounted equipment and high pressure equipment with hot water. Didn’t exist. Came with gear that a cleaner would use to clean a house. Not real happy with the job.

The reason I have given poor rating for communication is that I found the number of texts and emails to be way too much. I would have received almost 20 messages about my appointment- I think this was too much and you need to dial back … I am a very busy person and the messages I found to be bordering on harassment!

most tile Grout was cleaned and come up well and some grout especially near door entrance looks filthy. the sealant put over is terrible and that's being nice. it attracted dirt and looks filthy and grotty, we have scrubbed most the tile protection off, we just have to do under the table and other small areas. The Technician was polite, worked hard, However we are not happy with the sealant and some tile grout looking bad. wasn't worth the cost.
