The finished job is disappointing. I still have white residue on some of the grouting which was never there before. The new tiles have not come up to the old ones, so they still stand out and I am now getting scratch marks appearing. We usually do the sealing ourselves but thought we would have it professionally done this time. I am not sold on the water based product, it is not as shiny and with the problems showing already I can not see it lasting.
The sealer used was not the same as shown on the website, it was in fact one you can purchase from Bunnings (not expensive). I brought to the attention my concerns immediately however was not acknowledge and just kept on getting an overdue statement for payment it was only when I stated on email and by phone I was not going to pay until someone come and looked at the problems that I heard from someone. Communication was poor. The only good thing was that the technicians were very polite.
It looks like my floors will have to be done again, very disappointing and not a good look for your company. I could not honestly recommend this company on our neighbourhood watch website.

absolutely appalling, most of my tiles are chipped and scratched, it looks even worse than before. it was rushed when i kept saying was a two day job, tiler was obviously tired and bothered and and wanted to get out of here in a day. it looks very unprofessional and now im left with a decision to retile my whole bathroom.

The technician arrived 2 hours late or so. He didn't clean grout and tiles for a particular bathroom but yet Tile Cleaners still charged me for work not done. Will not use tile cleaners again. Very disappointed.

When I initially made the enquiry, was not told that the work was going to be carried out by a sub-contractor - I assumed that it was the company I was dealing with who were going to do the job. When you arrived and inspected the area, you informed me that not all the marks could be removed which I agreed as long as the tiles were cleaned and sealed. When you finished, you did not inform me that you had completed the work - could have left a text message. I had to phone the office to find out whether you were coming back as you left the back gate wide open, you dumped a baby seat in the backyard and left the lounge chair on top of a chest which I had to move myself. Was not impressed at all.

Garth was very knowledgeable about the products and the process. The job took less time than I expected, using a water based product slate sealer. There was some sloppy work by his assistant who actually did the job - he coated parts of the metal kickboards in the kitchen, using a rough mop on the edges instead of a brush. Garth offered to return to clean it or coat it completely.
Communication with the office was good.
I think they should wear uniforms. They arrived in thongs and didn't look professional. Overall, we're happy with the results

I was really happy with Garth. He was on time. He took care to identify the stone my pavers were made from. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using his services again.
