Transformed my back yard and for this, very pleased.
Only issue was the technician contacting me to object to the initial
Measurements for the job and expecting me to come up with a remedy. It was a very awkward discussion. I simply asked him to refer back to his management team and stated I would honour the bill I was sent. I think if workers want to query quotes obtained for the job they are about to undertake that they should confer with their management team instead of instigating an argument.
Despite this I am very happy with the result and would use this business again.

I have requested 4 bedroom tile and grout cleaning quote. First, the tradesperson sent me a message that he would be 4 hours late. He also mentioned that the quote is only for 60 sq/m which isn't sufficient for the 4-bedroom house. The grouts were not cleaned in most areas and on top of that, all the tiles had sticky chemicals which are not removed after moping 4 times.

The guys did a great job on the day, and were very helpful.
The main problem happened before hand and we almost cancelled thinking that it was a scam. This happened because we were bombarded with emails prior to work starting many were repeats.. it looked very suspicious!
The operators on the day were very thorough.

Good experience with the work undertaken, but curious if the area missed the sealing coat. I have defined the area with the outdoor table.

Excellent job. The technicians were helpful, professional and efficient. I was convinced they would not be able to get the stains up perfectly, but to my amazement and delight they did. So happy. Will be getting them back again next year to keep on top of it.
