We were greatly impressed by the finished job and in particular the cleanliness of the end result. We had 32 square metres of tiles regrouted. We had put drop sheets over difficult to dust items. It was really unnecessary as the tiler had managed to work so cleanly. I would highly recommended this company.

I am a person who is very time poor and run to a time schedule, arriving early by1 hour and 15 mins was not the best outcome for me as I had appointments I then had to change.

Ratings are for company - not the worker Harry - I suspect he just works for the company. He is a nice man.
Company is a well-oiled machine that appears to do everything right but...This is what happened:
1. Used a high-pressure water cleaner to clean my sandstone fence - I could have done it.
- damaged the “pointing” = grout, a lot in some places - extra cost to fix that.
- damaged the smooth sandstone capping in places - will just have to accept.
2. Did not use “Deep Shield"for sealing as advertised/promised but some other stuff.
3. Says used a laser to measure the surface area, coming to 30m2.
I measured it by tape measure and pen and paper and got 21.5m2- measuring on 2 different days.
I asked how the laser can measure over 3D - as not measuring a flat floor - he had no idea, stating it was an estimate.
30 vs 21m2 is almost a 50 % higher price which is significant.
4. Owners of tile n grout pro also operate under at least one other brand - Stone Master.
I didn’t know this and got a quote from that company too. Later as the penny dropped I suspected this may be “uncompetitive" by law.
Anyway, for a few hundred dollars, not worth arguing too much, although the grout-pointing damage and sandstone capping damage hurts.
From a distance looks great ..... Time will tell if the sealant is any good.

Booked a date and did not mind when we had to alter it. Gave personal ie real voice…communication. Came out and expertly restored our floors laid only four years earlier, to their former beauty. Some time ago we had our shower replaced, for some unknown reason they used a yellow grout, why, the whole bathroom has tiles and both the floor and walls are routed white.
Now your chap has used grey grout when I distinctly said it needs to colour match the rest.

We now have a shower which is all grey, panel outside the snower which has yellow grey and white and the rest of the bathroom which is whit grout.
What am I to do?
I think somebody needs to come and have a look and see what we can do to correct the situation.

Some white calcium deposits remain but it is not possible to use the high pressure hose at that site. Not the technician's fault.

Absolutely horrific on all fronts, photos soon to up loaded to social media, a scam company with sub grade workers and a management team of the same calibre.
If your still in business in 12 months I would be very surprised.
I'll be sure to let as many people know as possible to avoid your company at all cost.

I appreciate you came same day after Joe(ALL TILE CLEANERS) cancelled on us, but he assured me the grout would clean up to it's original clolour and this job is patchy and just not a great result. The steam mop also left marks everywhere.

We have just moved into our new house and were devastated to find that our timber look porcelain floor tiles were left very dirty and covered in grout haze, which the tiler neglected to clean off when he laid the tiles in September. None of the products suggested by our builder would remove the grout haze, so we decided to get the tiles professionally cleaned. We could not have been happier with the job Harry did when cleaning our floor tiles. He worked tirelessly all day to get the tiles clean and kept us informed about what he was doing during the entire process. Harry is an excellent technician and I would not hesitate to recommend him, especially if you have a difficult job as we did.

I realise this was a difficult job on old worn slate outdoors. I think another coat of sealer would help. Also I cleaned up. Now I have painted front edge of step to look better as that was not done.
I wonder if the water based sealer will stand up to extreme summer temp.

Promised minimum 80% clean, given specialists in tile cleaning, currently 50% clean in 50% of areas.
Hoping they will bring out the next level of cleaning, to remove final dirt .
